I've observed that any soft carpet the robot crosses will be in contact with the rough Velcro-like fastener mechanism on the mount, which could cause scratches. It also has maps and advanced mopping options. The app allows you to schedule cleanings and monitor battery life and component maintenance. You'll need to jump through a few steps to enable voice control on this model. This is a shame considering how efficient it is otherwise. 3.
